We are Finally Here!
We have moved. We have been here in our new house a week. We just got our internet hooked up. We love it. So far I have been to Target 5 times (and home in less than 30 min), every quilt shop in the city (which I found all suck except one), Smiths 3 times (which I can walk to), Dions 3 times (gotta love it), the dump (but didn't dump anything cuz the line was a mile long), Good Will (sigh of relief), Enrichment (a rarity), neighbors house twice where kids were playing (finally!), McDonalds 4 times (poor kids), Albuquerque Lighting twice (LOVE!), our rental to clean (SICK), and did I mention a million quilt shops (...that suck)? Busy, Busy! I'm glad that you are settled. Can I just tell you how jealous I am that you are do close to a Target?! So what are you making that you need to go to a quilt store?
Fun!! We finally found a house too but we have another 5 weeks until we're in. I can't wait to decorate but I need someone like you to help me. Wish you lived closer. I hear you about crappy quilt shops. I can't wait to see pictures. :)
I'm attempting to make curtains for all my rooms. I figured it would be about the same cost as shutters. Here's to hoping it all turns out cute!
Hey when you come to Mesa next time the scrapbook store on Lindsay and University has awesome good quality fabric!!
