These are just some of the horrific pictures I have to look at while I am kicked out of my home. After two days we are still under mandatory evacuation. I am getting a little down because I didn't bring enough clothes for all of us and if we have to stay out another night it will be hard. Jack and Lucy have school today so I have to go back just to take them. they will both look gross but I guess one day of them going to school in sweats is not THAT big of a deal. My Aunt Adrienne has been so kind to let us invade her house since Sunday. She is so wonderful. I don't know what I would do without her. My kids just love it here and when we left to go run errands yesterday they were so sad to leave. It feels like home here but without all our clothes. I heard a rumor we maybe could go home at noon today but then they were saying the winds are shifting and picking up again today so it might mean more danger and they may not let us back. Anyway, thanks for all the prayers and concerns. I am hanging in there and trying to put my faith in my Heavenly Father. I am not worried about our house. Herriman is the perfect city for a disaster of this kind to happen to. We have Fire drills all the time. They were able to stop the fire right before it got to some houses. You can see that in the first picture. I am just worried how long we will be kept out. Our fire Fighters have been working so hard to save all these homes. It is amazing that only three homes were burned during this.

We've been thinking about you guys...we're glad you're doing okay. Let us know if you need anything. I'm so close that you're welcome to come hang out while your kids are at school, or if you're around here and need a place to be!
Wow, crazy pics.
I'm glad that you are safe and your home is safe too! It is so crazy to think it can all be gone so quickly. Love you!
crazy! I'm glad you're home though- that'd be hard especially with 3 kiddos. by the way, your children are adorable- they all look so grown up, especially lucy. what a cute girl!
