I was always one of those people who thought, "I will never pierce my daughters' ears til she is at least five." I have learned to not say the words "I will never" because it always ends up happening. Once Lucy turned a year I just wanted to put bigger bows, lots of bracelets, belts, shoes, tu tus and all the decor I could. I thought Josh would never agree to it but then he wisely said, "I keep thinking no we should wait til she is older but I can't think of a reason why. It will be cute." So moral of the story...if I don't have a reason, I will never do somthing... although now that I said 'I will never." I'll prob end up doing that very thing tomorrow. For now my daughter looks extra bling pretty.
Sorry I guess I forgot to add how she did with the whole thing. She cried just for a minute and she doesn't like when I clean them but other than that she is doing great. I think she doesn't even know they are there. I was worried about her playing with them but she knows not to.

Cute! I am curious how she did, did she cry a lot? She looks happy!
They are so cute!! I keep wanting to get Blair's pierced, but I have the same reservations!
I love her little earings though. Did she do okay? Do they bother her at all?
AHHH, I can't believe Josh caved!! Just when I thought she could't get any more gorgeous!! She is beautiful either way, and such a funny little thing, I'm glad you love it :)
